Adrianne C. Dicker Kadzinski
Ms. Dicker Kadzinski is a senior financial services executive, most recently having served as an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley's Fixed Income and Prime Brokerage Divisions. She is also an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, currently assigned as an operations officer with the Dept. of State's Office of Counterterrorism. Adrianne specializes in the coordination of interagency and Dept. of Defense counter-terrorism activities and of foreign internal defense/unconventional warfare aspects of civil military operations. She is an Officer Sister of the Order of St John of Jerusalem, a Sponsor of the New York Student Sponsor Partnership, a Fellow of the Royal Geographic Society, a Member of the Central Eurasian Studies Society and is active in other charitable endeavors.

Barnett Rubin
Professor Rubin is the author of several books on Afghanistan, including The Fragmentation of Afghanistan (New Haven: Yale University Press, 1995) and The Search for Peace in Afghanistan (New Haven: Yale University Press, 1995).  Professor Rubin was formerly the Director of the Center for Preventive Action at the Council on Foreign Relations and is now Director of Studies at New York University's Center on International Cooperation.

Mansoor Ijaz
Mr. Ijaz is the founder and Chairman of Crescent Investment Management LLC.  He is also the Foreign Affairs and Terrorism Analyst for Fox News Network.  Mr. Ijaz negotiated Sudan's counterterrorism offer to the Clinton administration in April 1997 and proposed the framework for a ceasefire of hostilities between Indian security forces and Kashmiri separatists in the disputed Kashmir region in August 2000.

Susan C. Shin
Ms. Shin was an intellectual property lawyer with Goodwin Procter LLP and was Head of the Trademark Practice at Brown Raysman Millstein Feddler and Steiner LLP.  Ms. Shin left the law to start her own consultancy firm, Shin Advisors LLC, which specializes in branding, business and revenue development as well as marketing and communications.  She also serves on the Junior Advisory Boards of American Ballet Theatre and Save Venice, Inc. and is the Development Chair of the Friends of New Yorkers for Children. She also chairs fundraisers for the Asia Society and the Central Park Conservancy.
